Taylors Falls Historical Society – “Quilts and Quilting in the Civil War Era” presented by Beverly Proulx on Thursday, March 1, at the Taylors Falls Memorial Community Center at 7 pm. Beverly will explain how quilts helped the Union Army win the war and why there are virtually no quilts left from the Confederate Army. Everyone welcome. Refreshments and door prizes.
